CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Yapex, LLC. is a service provider committed to meeting the needs of all our clients. We understand plans can change - sometimes unexpectedly and through no fault of your own. To ensure we are capable of best meeting your needs and expectations and that of all our clients, we ask for your help in understanding and complying with our cancellation policies as follows:

• Reservations cancelled with 48 hours advanced notice or more will be fully refunded
• Cancellations can be made by phone, email, text, or online submission
• Depending on scheduling circumstances, cancellations made with less than 48 hours advanced notice may incur up to a 50% (fifty percent) charge

If you are needing to reschedule an existing reservation, please contact our office as soon as possible to confirm availability. Reservations needing to be rescheduled with less than 48 hours advanced notice may incur an additional 10% (ten percent) rescheduling sur-charge.
